Editor's Note: Schmidt states that the Smart House is located on Pilgrimport Road in the Town of Lyons; however, the appearance of the Smart House structure at 8841 Lock Berlin Rd., Town of Galen just east of the intersection with Pilgrimport Road, Cty. Rt. 244, matches Schmidt's description. The structure appears to be on or very near the town line, instead of the location marked somewhat east on the Roudabush Survey map. The address is listed in the Town of Galen tax records.
